From South Molton take the A399 signposted Ilfracombe, stay on this road passing the village Brayford towards Bratton Fleming, staying on this road having passed the Steam Railway Station and the Telecommunications Tower on the left, take the side road signposted Knightacott, travel down this road for approx 3/4 mile, bear right at the bottom, the road will then curve round to the left, at the next junction sign posted Narracott turn right and the land will be found after a short distance on the right hand side marked with a 'FOR SALE' board.
